Abdulai Osman Adam works diligently to become the best at his craft, hand-carving this African mask of local sese wood in the shape of a round face. He gives the mask a distressed finish with line motifs and a circle of embossed aluminum sheet around the perimeter. The mask is named Yeau, a Bimoba word meaning "brightness."
