"My designs are created with much love and I hope people appreciate this. Each one is inspired by our Mother Earth and is crafted entirely by hand."
"Although I was born in Caracas, Venezuela, I've lived in Costa Rica since 2002. I'm a jewelry artisan.
"I've always loved beautiful jewelry and the complexity of its forms, and in each process that leads to the creation of a unique and wonderful design.
"In 2001, Hugo Chavez had just been sworn in as president of Venezuela and the company where my husband worked feared this would bring many problems. The company moved to Costa Rica and our family decided to go with it and seek a new beginning.
"We immediately fell in love with this marvelous country and its vast variety of flora and fauna, and with its people with their beautiful charisma.
"In 2012, I listened to my instincts and turned to something I'd been passionate about since I was a girl. I enrolled in a jewelry course in an art school, and I fell even more in love with this craft.
"Like everything, the learning process had its ups and downs. But the result was the most gratifying and I could see that all the effort and dedication was worth it when I was able to look at my jewelry.
"My father always said, 'The path of the artist is long and wide.' You never stop learning and that's what's so fascinating about all this — being able to innovate and create designs that please all kinds of shoppers.
"Through jewelry, I can express my feelings and excitement in each piece. My designs are created with much love and I hope people appreciate this. Each one is inspired by our Mother Earth and is crafted entirely by hand."
